Summary: Have a cup of coffee ready (or some No-Doze) to watch this show…it’ll put you to sleep! Lexie discuses the IVF process with Shawn and Mimi…Lucas and Austin argue about Carrie…Lexie teeters on the edge of telling Carrie the truth…Sami reminds her of the threats…Caroline is not-so-happy to see Bo and Billie together and decides to take action…Hope regrets the night of passion she spent with Patrick. (Yawn).

At the Hospital…Shawn and Mimi are in the nursery checking out all the babies as they wait to talk to Lexie. She jokes about getting fat and being moody, but Shawn can’t wait…he says it will be worth it all. She talks about Shawn wanting a boy, but he says a girl is fine…as long as she likes sports. He tells her that Philip was researching it and says the odds are greater for twins with IVF. She has a daydream of them having twins…one boy and one girl and trying to come up with names. He likes Aaron for a boy…she likes Erin for a girl (oh such RIVETING television ;-)

Meanwhile, Carrie is still in with Lexie as she asks her what she meant about lying. Lexie says she has let Tom Horton, as well as her patients down (flashbacks of Sami threatening her). She tells Carrie she is sorry…she does belong with Austin. She starts to tell her when Abe arrives with flowers. As Carrie leaves, Lexie promises to call her later and tell her everything. Abe talks about not being a real husband to Lexie and apologizes for being so hard to live with lately, but she says she never wants to lose him. From outside, Carrie watches them and has flashbacks of kissing Austin. Abe fills her in on why he was so late getting home last night (the drug raid at Dune) and how they found a bracelet like hers that belonged to Jada. He talks about how he is going to try harder with her and spend more time with her and Theo.

In the Woods…Bo and Billie wake up together in a sleeping bag. She kisses him, but he mumbles “Hope”. She wakes him up and tells him but Bo says he made love to her because he wanted to…not because he thought she was Hope. But Billie says it was so he could forget about Hope. But he swears he isn’t using her just to forget Hope. She says she is happy she was there for him to help ease the pain. He tells Billie he hopes he isn’t leading her on, but she says she is a big girl and is just glad she can help. They go to the pub for breakfast and his mom is NOT too happy to see them together (and gives Billie a bit of the cold shoulder). She tells Bo she has been trying to reach him. She asks him if he has heard from Hope and he tells her that she won’t take his calls or emails…the only contact they have is through lawyers. She urges him not to give up on her as Billie chimes in and says she has been telling him the same thing. Caroline says she knows that Billie wouldn’t be that upset to see them split. Bo says Billie has been supportive but he and Hope are not getting back together…she has made that clear. Caroline goes off in a huff to get their breakfast as Billie tells Bo she doesn’t blame Caroline one bit for her feelings. Billie says she feels responsible for Hope leaving him in the first place. Bo goes off on Patrick, saying he is a con man and a killer and he is going to catch him before he hurts someone else. Meanwhile, Caroline calls Frankie and tells him that she needs Hope’s phone number.

On the Island…Hope and Patrick wake up together as she is dreaming of their evening and mumbles “Bo”. He says good morning and she says “good morning Brady” before she fully wakes up and apologizes. He says it’s okay, he knows her heart is with Bo. She tells him that their evening was incredible but a mistake. He apologizes for pushing her, but she says it was her decision…even though she wasn’t ready. He asks if it felt like she was cheating on Bo. She explains that she had been married for so long, she does feel as if she were cheating. She talks about finding him and Billie in bed and how he has moved on…so is she. She says she wants nothing more to do with Bo. Room service arrives with breakfast and a tray of other things, like perfumes. Patrick says it is compliments of the hotel (as a favor to him)…for he has done favors for them in the past as well. She starts to question him, then drops it. She tells him that last night was wonderful but she can’t do that again…at least until her divorce is final…as he begins to kiss her.

At Sami’s Place…Lucas (who overheard Austin) barges in asking Austin what he meant about Carrie dumping him. Austin says he misunderstood as Lucas orders Sami out. Austin takes up for Sami, so Lucas asks her more nicely to leave so he and Austin can talk privately. She refuses to leave, until Austin asks her. She leaves and as Austin starts talking, Lucas asks him to hold on and goes over and yanks open the door and Sami falls in (LOL). He calls her pathetic and predictable and tells her to leave so she storms off. Lucas and Austin begin to argue as Lucas tells him he knows that he is pressuring Carrie to come back to him. Lucas says that Carrie doesn’t want anything to do with Austin and he needs to accept it. Austin says he will never give up on her…they belong together and they both know it. But Lucas says that Carrie chose him and she isn’t going to change her mind. But Austin says he isn’t giving up on her and he doesn’t think she has given up on him either. Austin asks why did Lucas give up on Sami. Lucas says he and Sami are over…she has hurt him too many times.

Back at the hospital…Carrie comes back by Lexie’s office and tells her that she is volunteering at the nursery and Lexie asks if she is sure that’s a good idea. Shawn and Mimi arrive to talk to Lexie and bout that time, Sami walks up as well. Shawn, Mimi and Lexie retreat to her office as Carrie tells her that she is there to review some tests with Lexie. They decide to go to the nursery to look at babies. In the nursery, Sami can see the effect of the babies on Carrie. She starts talking about being pregnant and when Will was a baby. She also talks about medical problems in their family…Marlena’s miscarriage, Claire’s problems, etc. reinforcing Carrie’s fears of birth defects being genetic. Then she tells Carrie, she is SURE that Carrie and Lucas would have perfect babies and leaves.

Carrie drops by and finds Lucas and Austin together. Austin tells her he needs to talk to her. But Lucas breaks in and tells her that she needs to tell Austin that is over between them…as Carrie prays that Lexie will call with news.

In Lexie’s office, she goes over the IVF process with Shawn and Mimi. She explains the process and goes over the odds with them and they want to try immediately. She tells them they will have to go for a few days abstaining from sex, writes Mimi a prescription and sends them on their way to talk to another doctor. After they leave, Sami barges in, telling her that she saw Carrie and reminds Lexie of her threats. Lexie explodes and tells Sami she just helped her make a decision…as she picks up the phone and tells Sami she is calling Carrie right now to tell her the truth…as the previews show…

Austin (to Carrie): You can’t deny our love can you Carrie?...(Lucas): Come on Carrie, we’re out of here…(Austin): Not until she answers me…

Alex (to Marlena): You weren’t supposed to see that…(Marlena): but I did…

Lexie (to Sami): You are worse than you ever were…do you know that? (Tek): and we’re through putting up with it…

Shawm (to Mimi): My mom, my dad and Zack…that family is dead to me…(Bo): Do you really mean that?...(as we see Hope and Patrick hugging)…

And the credits roll…
