Summary: The day of Bo and Hope’s divorce hearing has arrived, as Bo diligently works to prove his innocence…family and friends finally realize that Jack and Jen are missing…as they break free, but find themselves in more trouble.

At the pub…Abby is there studying for a test as Frankie arrives. He is worried about Jack and Jen, but Abby isn’t so worried, thinking they went off together. Frankie fears they are in danger but Abby thinks he is just jealous. As he talks, he points out that even though Jack Jr. is with Julie, they left no telephone number where they could be reached and didn’t bother to tell Abby where they went. She begins to worry herself and he assures her that he would never lie to her. She asks what he wants her to do. He asks her to wait there for Shawn and Caroline to get back and convince them to go down to the station and talk to Roman and see if he can send out some men. (Since he and Bo will both be at the divorce hearing).

Meanwhile, at the cop shop…Bo is pawing through a box of Eve’s belongings looking for the disc. Abe is trying to get him to leave and go on to the courthouse, assuring him if he finds anything, he will bring it to him. Abe points out that Kate all but admitted that she bribed Eve, so if they can find evidence of that, it will help. Bo finds some papers with suspicious numbers on them, leading them to believe they are numbers to a bank account, so Bo runs them up to IT to see if they can decipher them. Patrick shows up and pumps Tek for info on the murder case. Bo walks in, telling him to get out. A smug Patrick asks if he is afraid he will take his job…just as he took his wife. Bo goes after him as Abe breaks them up and they tell him to leave. After he leaves, Bo tells Abe that IT has the numbers and trying to track them down. As Bo is getting ready, they call and they have had no luck, frustrating Bo. Abe calls headquarters and asks for assistance. As Bo is getting ready to leave, an upset Abby comes rushing in, telling them that Jack and Jennifer are missing. She fills them in on what is going on, telling them she fears that whoever took Will may have kidnapped them as well. Bo and Abe talk about Jack and Jen investigating Eve’s murder and how now THEY are missing as well. Bo puts out an APB on them as Abby walks up and overhears, upsetting her even more.

At the Courthouse…Hope arrives to find Maggie and Alice already there. They tell her that they are there to stop this divorce. She tells them they are wasting their time…her mind is made up. They try to talk her out of it, as Hope tries to justify her reasoning. She admits that she still loves Bo but he has left her no choice. She talks about him letting Chelsea drive his car, knowing full well what could have happened. And then, how she wanted justice…but didn’t get it. And when he stole the evidence, that was the last straw. Alice asks if she REALLY believes that Bo did that and she says yes, even though he is trying to prove he didn’t. They continue to try and change her mind as Hope becomes agitated with them and walks out into the hallway. Maggie follows her as Hope talks about how she loves and trusts Alice, and she has been through so many things, but never anything like this. Hope says she lost so much and is so tired. She misses Zack so much and the pain will not go away. Maggie tells her that it will, she must work through that pain and when she comes out the other side, she will need Bo there with her. Frankie has now arrived to talk to Hope before the hearing. Hope goes back inside and tells Maggie that she and Bo are finished. Patrick shows up as Alice mutters that he is just there to make sure that Hope doesn’t change her mind (you go Alice!) She tells him that she has his number, shocking Hope. Patrick tells them that Bo hurt Hope, but Alice and Maggie tell him that Hope has her family there for her…and Bo is family (politely telling him…Hope doesn’t need HIM, lol). Frankie tells Hope he needs to talk to her alone (ie, without Patrick around). He tells him that this does not concern him, as Patrick mutters “that’s what you think”. Frankie asks her if she is sure about this and she says she can’t go back. He tells her that she doesn’t have to decide today. Patrick reminds her that her lawyer IS Bo’s brother. She is thinking it over when Bo calls Frankie and tells him that Abby is there and told them about Jack and Jen. While they are on the phone, Abe tells Bo that they may be on to something. Bo asks Frankie to stall for him. When he gets off the phone, Hope tells Frankie that she needs to talk to Bo. But when Frankie tells her that Bo is at the station, she gets angry…she turns to Maggie and Alice and tells them that’s it…it’s over.

Jack and Jen…are tied up to a post in a woodshed somewhere in the mountains. They can’t understand why there were kidnapped. Jack asks her how she likes being a reporter again, does she miss the good old days? But Jen isn’t so happy to be there. She has a few old flashbacks of them working at the paper and they struggle to get free. Jack assures her that they will be okay, both of them are experienced kidnappees (lol). They just have to work together to get free. They bicker back and forth (as they do) as she gives him “what for” about going missing for so long. She moans about him being gone for months and worrying them, when it didn’t have to be that way. She says he was being selfish as always…and he reluctantly agrees. He asks her if she had to choose between him and Frankie, where would she rather be. She worries what Frankie must think, afraid he thinks they ran off together. Jack asks her if she really loves Frankie and she says yes, and reminds him that HE is the one that pushed them together. She blames Jack for the entire mess they are in. She tells Jack that she does love him but doesn’t want to hurt Frankie either. Jack gets his hand free and unties them. She can’t find her cell phone and they decide they have to get out of there. They leave and come upon a cabin in the woods. Jack thinks it looks remarkably like the one that Abby was born in. Jen tries the door but no one answers. He tries to make nice with her, but she tells him to stay away and not to touch her. She is worried about what Frankie must be thinking. She tells Jack that she has changed and just realized it. She just wishes she were home with a husband she could depend on. Jack asks her if that would be Frankie and she says yes…Frankie…who she loves. They peer through the window of the cabin, making comments on the décor, when Jen sees someone inside. She rushes to the door, beating on it, yelling for help. Jack thinks she is avoiding his questions and she says laments how she went from no one to 2 men in her life. As they get close to a kiss, a scruffy old woman comes out with a shotgun, asking “who the HELL are you?” She threatens to shoot them, thinking they are cops. They explain they were kidnapped and she doesn’t want to get mixed up in it. They explain they are reporters and that angers her even more. She pulls up her gun and they take off running as she shoots. They fall to the ground as the camera freezes on Jack…as the previews show…

Billie: My name is Billie Reed and with the court’s permission, I would like to speak for Bo Brady…

Roman (to Kate & EJ): I am saying that it’s very suspicious that both of you are so interested in this case…

Tek (to Lexie, in front of Abe): If you want to believe that Abe did a complete 180 for no reason, that’s fine…but my instincts as a cop tell me that he is up to something…

Bo: Patrick Lockhart…you are under arrest for the murder of Officer Eve Michaels…

And the credits roll…
